The weekend's almost here!!

Had a hectic day yesterday helping lings with her ROM preparations, before finally sitting through the beautiful ceremony..she looked totally gorgeous and radiant! Makes one feel like getting married toooo. Hahaha.

Loved the entire setup..a glam setting in a huge huge house. Niceee! Got introduced to one of her friends, who's a really nice girl. Cute sense of humour too lol. Anyone whom I can get along with is nice la. Haha.

Most pics are with the photographer..and gerald kor's camera. Quite pointless for me to have even brought mine along la. And I finally saw anders smile yesterday! Or rather, small little half smile. He's soooo charming I swear..love him to bits! And I carried him for the longest time yesterday. I totally love kids mans. Wheeee. =))

Thought I was pretty much done with xmas shopping, but now it seems that I should shop for little gifts for my colleagues! Joyce was so sweet, she bought us all xmas gifts! And a candy cane toooo. =) Don't know what I should get for them though..4 gifts plus another for val!

Shit la, fyp completely slipped my mind..supposed to do up my part and send by today. Siann. Completely no time..shall rush through it later and hopefully get it done up.

Catching alvin and the chipmunks later! With joyceee and lindyy. Sounds funn! Can't wait haha..only dampener the entire day's my headache. Got so bad that I wanted to just fall aslp at workk..thankfully nicole gave me panadol! Much better now. Yays.

Bought royce chocs for my colleagues today, and was ultra shocked that this brand is pretty foreign to them lol. Glad they liked it though! But I have quite alot left haha. Apparently they aren't very chocolatey people.

Today was good!

Had the company xmas lunch at scarlet's desire; I love that boutique hotel! It's decor is absolutely gorgeous! Kind of gothic and gives you the feeling of opulence..niceee!

The food was pretty good too; loved the coffee tiramisu! The area I was seated at was basically filled with the "fun" people who knew not to talk about work. Haha. Had quite a few good laughs listening to them converse and tease lindy. Lol.

The entire lunch affair took up no less than 3 hours..imagine my happiness haha! By the time we got back to office, only left a few hours to knock off time. Wheeee. The gift exchange was pretty fun too! Though got a little screwed up along the way. I'd been helping out with the wrapping of the gifts since yesterday, so I sort of knew what the presents were. And I got what I wanted! One of the items I was eyeing la. Haha.

It's this really cute flip flip thingy that's called moodswings. Basically there are like many many different faces and moods for me to flip to! Things like "i am happy", "i am confused", "i am enraged"..the illustrations are nice too! Love my gift! Yayness. =)

Went to my dumbass boy's workplace after work to dinner with him..or so I thought. Turned out he got too busy to actually get away for dinner. So I entertained myself with some damn freaking sadistic bunny suicide book. Haha! I can just imagine the kind of person the author/illustrator is like. Lol.

He mixed me a cocktail with ultra little alcohol (cos' I kept insisting I really can't drink haha), and the colour was so pretty! Tasted nice tooo..I like. =)

And he so blatantly dropped me a hint for his xmas gift. Bleahh. Haha. But my dear boy..let me tell u la okay. I was already planning to get that for you even before you dropped your damn obvious hint..I just lacked the size that's all. Haha! Since it's no surprise now, don't go and get yourself a pair alrights! *let's pray you actually do read this. =p

All in all, a pretty good day! This week is another of the more fun and exciting weeks..but it comes at a price la. Every single moment spent away from home that's not work-related guilt trips me quite abit. But I can't quite help it that everything's this week..ling's ROM, steamboat gathering with my ij babes..sighh.

Ohwells..should have expected it la. Things at home not looking too good either..the hospice people finally came to visit and loaned us those remote-controlled hospital type of bed. Plus a wheelchair..I got abit of a shock seeing them sitting at home yesterday. They don't even charge for loaning them out..just goes to show la huh. All the more I aim to have those returned to them because daddy recovers eventually.

Still need help with my cranes! Any takers? Just one per person I meet is enough! More people means more luck..or so they say.

It was a pretty good feeling to walk down clarke quay earlier..haven't done something like this in an ultra long time. I miss the chill-out feeling too..just relaxing somewhere with good company..

I'd love to travel but I really need to see what's going to happen the next few mths..sometimes I wish I can be like kc and just pack my bags and go off somewhere for a couple of days. Wonder if I'll ever get the freedom to do that..

Okays my mum is totally guilt-tripping me once again. Arghhh.

Was just marvelling about the wonders of inventions such as msn.

The ability to "talk" real time to anyone from any part of the world..have been talking to nick online while he's at the other half of the planet. Haha.

Quite funny actually..we were msn-ing last night before I went to bed, and when I logged on this morning, there he was, still online. Like continuing a conversation 12 hours later. Lol.

It'll be nice if I got to go overseas too..especially if it's for an exchange. Pity I won't have the opportunity to do so anymore. Was really interested in the work and travel usa, but how can I possibly go with daddy in this condition..

Feel quite restricted at home; can't even use the computer at night anymore because it disturbs daddy's sleep. Not that I mind..but sometimes it's really hard. When I have to research for things like fyp and all, and night time's the only free time I have to do that..tough la. Must find a way around it. Maybe the moment I get home I'll just logon, then finish up early.

Colleagues are finally back from their trip! I feel quite as bored as ever cos' I finished most of what I'm supposed to do; just lacking the freedom I've had for the past week. Haha. Boss is away too..or I'd ask her to look through my elogbook.

Sleepy...need my caffeine fix. >_<
