Everyday's getting more and more unproductive! Argh. My nose feels like it wants to drop off all day, and my head feels like there's construction work going on in there. Pui. Medicine is getting as ineffective as my attempts at studying too. =(

Just rewatched russel peters! That video clip never fails to crack me up haha. Didn't feel like hitting the books again after coming back from the lib..so I thought I'd cheer myself up first before psychoing myself to read all about ob. Now that I'm done with russel peters, I'm desperate to find something else, anything at all, to do, so I don't hafta mug. Which explains why I'm blogging. Oops.

Anw, I was just thinking earlier, all guys should go through some course on how to be a gentleman. I mean, just think about it. Imagine if all, or okay, the majority of guys around you, are perfect gentlemen when they ought to be. Some guys are really nice and all, but there's always a limit somehow. One of my pet peeves is having to face ungentlemanly guys. Damn yucks can. Like, those idiotic guys who walk ahead of you, open the swinging door and subsequently let it swing in your face. I feel like making them stand in the doorway and getting slammed by the door a few times. Pui.

And I always thought it was common sense, or rather, a standard practice, for guys to send girls back when the sky is dark. Okay, especially if night has already fallen. Not that I'm saying girls aren't capable of getting home by themselves, but more of an innate sense of duty for guys to ensure a girl's safety, no? Do correct me if I'm wrong then. Unless, of course, you tell me that the guy lives at, like, pasir ris and the girl stays at boonlay. And they're just friends, not even a couple. Then should reconsider abit or reach a compromise. Internally within the guy, of course. Imagine discussing with a girl where to send her back till. He says bedok, she says tanah merah. *faints. Even if a guy doesn't send her back, at least have the sense to get the girl to let him know when she's safely back home la. Dun even talk about guys and girls; btwn girls, this is a common thing lor. Me and my frens always ensure we reach home safely by sms-ing each other once we get back. I really will worry if they forget to let me know. Haha.

Even if it's just walking a girl back, it's only right leh, I feel. Particularly if it's already at night. It's always better to have company, especially if you're a lone girl walking along to somewhere. To be honest, every guy I've met so far, I always have some sort of dissatisfaction with the way they treat girls. Some guys may open doors for you, but stop short of sending/walking you back cos' they think you're old enough to take care of yourself. Acty, I can only think of one guy who's the most gentlemanly of all my guy friends. KC can be quite rubbish and forever tekan-ing me, but when it comes to being a gentleman, I give him 99%. Cannot give 100% la, dunno yet if he's the most perfect gentleman ever. Lol. Anw, he always walks me back to hall whenever we meet up. And it's like in the middle of the day when the sun is shining brightly in the sky. I will tell him no need, somemore he doesn't stay hall, but he'll insist on sending me to my doorstep. So nice right. Haha. And whenever we eat together, he'll try to pay for me and refuse to take my money. Not that I expect guys to do that; once or twice is alright. I mean, I do treat my frens at times too. But the way he does it is like second nature to him. Maybe cos' he always does that for his gf? Haha.

And there's another thing about kc that really amazes me. Whenever we take the bus, he will let me take the inner seat. That's not the part that I'm impressed with. What really strikes me is this: when we alight, it's natural for him to walk ahead and go down first cos' he's sitting on the outside seat what. But no, he'll get up from his seat, stand aside to let me get out, then walk behind me as we alight. Tell me honestly, how many guys actually do that for you? The first time he did that, I didn't say anything although I was quite pleasantly surprised. Then when he did this all the time after that, I subsequently asked him why. He was quite surprised by my qns...to him, it's second nature la, like I said. Also because he feels its only right to do that, let the lady walk ahead then in a certain sense, can make sure nothing happens to her also. I think he has learnt alot from his gf man. And he's willing to be the kind of gentleman many girls like. That's why I give him 99%. Haha.

I think I'm damn longwinded just talking about gentlemanly behaviour. Haha. Very bored la, and the thought of books make me cringe. So, might as well blog. Lol. Anw, the above is purely my personal opinion. Some pple may or may not agree; I'm perfectly fine with that. Guess you can say I have high expectations of guys, but I usually compromise cos' bo pian la. So hard to find even a single guy who can live up to half of those expectations. Haha.

Think I really hafta get back to studying liao. Wasted like dunno how long doing all this crap. Lol.

I love studying. I'm a mugger. I really am! >_<

Yay I completed my IT lab assignment on time! Managed to drop the url into the discussion forum before 6pm haha. And it's all thanks to zhibin! Thank you thank you thank you! I owe you a big favour k. Or about 10meals. =p Haha. If not for his help, I'd probably have died somewhere along the way. Lol. I think it was the most fun assignment to do so far. Very much like creating a blog..one of these days when I'm free, maybe I'll try my hand at creating a webpage on my own! =)

In leeweenam library now, supposedly mugging with jinyuan. He's hard at work but apparently I'm blogging. Haha. Doesn't feel like I've done much today, but I completed most of what I brought along to do, so thought I'd turn on my lappie and do research for ob project. Of cos', I got distracted by msn and blogger. As usual. Lol. Let's see...what did I complete so far...

- IT lab assignment
- bizlaw tutorial 10
- revising IT lec 2 and bizlaw lec 2 (at least, I read through even if I haven't absorbed more than 70%)
- reading my genes lec notes (today's notes surprisingly interesting and easier to understand! Whee!)

I think that's about all. Haha. Considering that I spent dunno how many hours on IT and I managed to complete all of the above before 10pm...either I'm a fast worker or nothing much went into my head. While I'd prefer to believe it's the former, I'm pretty sure it's the latter reason. Hahaha.

Okay jinyuan is conked out opposite me. Have this urge to put a loudhailer and shout into his ear and give him a shock of his life. Aren't I evil. Lol. I was K.O.ed earlier also. For a short while la. Haha. Pretty tired although I overslept today and got 6hrs instead of 3hrs of slp. At the expense of IT. Oops. And it just occured to me that in my lab assignment, I placed a link on the webpage to my blog. And if my tutor decides to click on the link and visit this blog, he's going to find out the reason why I was MIA from class today. Uh oh. This means I must blog alot alot more to drive the last post down. Either that or edit it. But either way I can't be bothered. It's my blog for a reason right..if he finds out then too bad for me. Haha. Hi mr low! Lol.

K la, I better get back to my research. Suddenly feel like eating mcflurry icecream haha. Well, it's just downstairs! Yay. =)

Oh no somebody please slap me. The rate I skip classes, I think the sch ought to award me for the highest absence rate. >_<

Slept ridiculously late yesterday cos' I was rushing to complete the performance proposal. Then I tried to do some IT for my group report..just didn't feel like going to bed although I was pretty tired before that. My dear roomie was equally high haha. She slept even later than me! And she managed to wake up for proj meeting this morning while I happily overslept for IT sem. Shiat.

Missed like a million calls from sherlyn. Didn't hear my phone ringing at all! Urgh. My oversleeping tendencies are getting worrying. High time to do sth about it. =( I can't be oversleeping for half the number of classes every week...at this rate, even if I dutifully complete all my tutorials, it's no use..this week is a perfect example man. Thank god tmr's my free day..no chance of oversleeping haha.

I'm falling sick! Don't want don't want! =(

Actually I think I started falling sick since monday. The number of times I sneeze and sniffle in a day is crazy. Joanie says it's evidence of how much she misses me. Hahaha. Then joanie dear, I bet you must sneezing like crazy too! =p

Eek, got IT lab work to submit today! But I'm obviously not at lab so it looks like I gotta figure it out on my own later and submit before the day is out...hai. Why why why did I oversleep???....I must seriously think of investing in an alarm clock which can wake the whole block up, so that I will wake up too. Maybe I should invent one that screams at the stipulated time "wake up wake up! you got an F for blahblah paper!". Will that scare the hell out of me? Hmm.

Crazy and nonsensical babblings again. Urgh. I should have gotten enough sleep leh. 6hours. Hmm.

Wanna move to hall16! Hope their point system not so strict, then ps can get a place! Dun wanna change roomie leh. Haha. Shall call hall16 office.

Okay going out soon to meet zb and serena for lunch, then mug in the library! Must make up for skipping lessons. Terrible terrible. Haha. Tata for now!

Studying in the bandroom now! Or rather, attempting to. Haha.

Wasted quite alot of time cos' I got so excited when I realised joan has webcam and skype! Too bad I don't have mic so couldn't talk to her...nevertheless, I saw her on webcam! Like, finally after sooo many mths! Haha. Then she was showing me her room and all...and we were chatting on msn all the while. I miss you so much joanie! Quick come back soon then we can go shopping and eat to our heart's content! =)

Anw, felt that I had to get started on work after we ended our conversation. Just can't seem to concentrate tdy! Maybe I shouldn't have brought my laptop along. But I had to complete the proposal and send to nic la. Okay, it's all msn's fault. Hahaha.

Did something to motivate myself to study! At least, it was a rather credible attempt on my part. Lol. =p

I tried my hardest to concentrate on econs, but didn't quite work. Serena and daniel left soon after, and that's when the fun began. Lol.

The rest of us (me, emmy, jinyuan, mimi and youwei) decided to cook cup noodles for supper. Apparently youwei bought eggs to add into his noodles. So funny. Haha. But not as hilarious as what was about to happen next. =p

Mimi was saying that she can't crack open an egg by squeezing it with one hand or both. We went outside to see her demonstrate over the dustbin, and she really couldn't! We were super skeptical cos' it doesn't sound very hard haha. Then jy decided to give it a try and the result is this:

And he failed miserably, might I add. Sorry jy! Wahaha. It was super funny. His reaction was of utter amazement cos' before that he just didn't believe that it couldn't be done. Mimi said that her fren from canoe and many other pple tried before, but no one succeeded. Then she said it's supposedly according to some physics theory that her tutor once talked about. That was when we insisted that yw tried his hand at it (pun intended =p) since he was so sure he could break it. Lol.

Drat, I couldn't take a pic of the end result cos' it happened too fast and too suddenly. We were totally caught unaware by the flying eggshells and egg yolk that spewed in all directions. Yw succeeded where others have failed!!! Must be a trombonist thing. Haha! *rofl.

So anw, he ended up dirtying his shirt, but for a moment we were too stunned and shocked to do anything but laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh...you get the idea. =D

Words just don't do the whole situation justice man. All I can say is that you must witness it for yourselves. We ended up laughing so hard after that, we just couldn't stop. Someone would start and that would trigger off everyone else. Lol. That someone was usually mimi haha. This is what I mean by infectious laughter...


Mimi laughing till she couldn't stand. Haha. I just had to take a pic of her!

We're still laughing acty. And it was damn hard to eat noodles while laughing till our tummy ached. Hahaha. K la, shall get back to work soon. Must finish my econs! If I can stop laughing. =p
