I'm back from hk! =))

It was really fun! When I was there, I planned to come back and blog about it from day 1 to day 5. But now that I'm seated in front of my comp, I feel too lazy to do that. Haha. I wish I could be like dumbledore and deposit all my memories in a pensieve. Then you all can experience the fun I had there! Lol.

Anyway, I shall summarise my trip! =)

When we landed on the first day, it was dinnertime after we checked into the hotel. Met up with ah ee's colleague, who treated us to dinner at this shanghainese restaurant. The food is good! The river shrimps were super nice. Haha. And the dinner was ex man. I think it came up to 700+ hk dollars? For the 5 of us. Wow. Went to walk walk abit after dinner...forgot what that place is called. Haha. But their entire street of shops there machiam our paragon can. No lack of upper upper upper end shops like louis vuitton, dior, blah blah. Way out of league! So we went to the cheap cheap stores. Nice stuffies too!

Second day we went ocean park! I love it there! The view of the south china sea was simply amazing..I really envy the people living there. Can overlook such a beautiful scene day after day..didn't take many rides there, spent more time walking up and down, watching the dolphin and sealion show, going to attol reef and all that..makes sentosa seem so juvenile! Plus, all the attractions at ocean park are covered in the ticket fee. Unlike in sentosa, still hafta pay to go underwater world. If you think underwater world is fantastic, then you shd really have a look at attol reef. I feel so stupid now having paid so much to go see sentosa's attractions last time.

Ohh! The pandas are uber cute! An An and Jiajia..do you know that pandas spend 55% of each day eating? Damn piggy! But they're so cute so that's forgiveable. Haha! I forgot to mention, I got a really really even more uber cute penguin stuffed toy from ocean park! And he blushes! So sweet! Ah ee bought it for me after she knew I liked it. Haha. Thx ah ee! I really love my blushing penguin. And so does everyone else who has seen it! =p

Day 3 was spent solely at Disneyland! Really the highlight of the trip. I think if you want a description, just look at bern's blog. She describes better than me. All I can say is that the place is truly fantastic, absolutely fun, completely magical and the fireworks are totally spectacular. That's disneyland in brief. When I get the pictures, I'll put them up then you all can see for yourselves why I'm unable to describe my experience. Cos' it's simply beyond words. For me, that is. Maybe exceptionally so because it was my first time at disneyland. Haha. The only drawback was the weather. We were totally underdressed sia. I think I've never shivered so much and heard my teeth chatter so long before. It was like 9-10degress la! Damn extreme. We were dressed for 15degrees. I was just a step away from freezing over. Lol.

Anyway, the next 2 days were spent walking around, shopping at shopping malls and hk's famous ladies' market, temple street and fa yuen street. And, of cos', more eating. Treats from ah ee's colleague again, as well as their relatives. I ate lobster twice in 2days la. Break record sia. Haha. But the food is really not bad. And the dimsum is cheap! I love shopping there too. I wanna move to hk liao. Such a one-track mind huh. Put me somewhere with good food and great shopping, and I'll just stay there till someone pulls me away. =p

I think I missed out alot of details. But if I were to list everything down, this post will never end. Then everyone will kill me for being so longwinded. Lol. Ohh! I met up with bern on the day she was flying back to sg! One day before me. Haha. We went to shop at sham sui po, and the tikaming was damn fun! The shop guy who could only speak cantonese was really super nice. And what resulted from our language barrier was super hilarious! I can't speak cantonese, nor can I understand. So I tried my hardest to explain in a mix of english, chinese, and teochew(I really dunno why I lapsed into teochew haha), plus a little help from bern. Anyhow, I had a wonderful time! I wanna go back hk again! And visit disneyland a 2nd time! I didn't take photos with mickey and minnie. But I took with donald duck, daisy duck, chip and dale, pooh, tigger, goofy and pluto! I can't wait to see the pics! =)) next time let's go together k!

Okay, I wanna go slp liao. Tired! Haha. Will update again! There's still alot abt hk I haven't blogged about! =)
