Just came back from nbs foc! It's really one of the best camps I've ever been to sia. Damn fun! =)))

Let's see if I can try to recall day-to-day events..gonna be a damn long post, pai seh abt that. Heh.

1st day seemed super super long to me. There were field games and the sun was scorching sia. But very fun! All the cheers and everything...games were pro too. Other camps I've been to, also not that zai. Heh. I'm really too tired and lazy to list out what games we played, but in short, I really enjoyed myself. =) Then at night there was this swamp thingy where the snrs said we were gonna slide down into a swamp. Then they kept telling us must remember to tread water or we'll drown. And got fishes which might bite us. Haha. So many pple were so worried! The non-swimmers all that get to wear life jacket. Like me la. But I nvr quite believed in the swamp. Haha. Anw, we kena blindfolded for damn long, all the way till we went into the 'swamp'. So while blindfolded, a few of us just talked lor. Me, kok kiong, huishan, and elayne, though she got taken away after awhile. Heh. That was pretty fun. And the snrs went around disturbing us, blowing into our ears, tickling us and all that. Haha. And when we finally slid down, it was just sliding down on tarpaulin placed on a very steep slope, with a small puddle of soapy (and dirty) water below. Damn funny! Esp those pple who really tried to tread water. It was totally hilarious sia. And allan took over the 'tread water' title. Lol!

After that, we left for sentosa at 1am in the morning! The chalet was kind of small, 16 girls in 1 room! Then the aircon not working properly. It even leaked water can. Dots. But still, fun! I only got like 2-3hrs of slp sia. We all did. The guys more jialat. Kena disturbed by the snrs, esp rebecca, most of the night. She was like jumping all over their bed and didn't let them slp. Haha. Shaun had to entertain her when the rest just couldn't take it. Lol.

2nd day was more games. On the beach! If the 1st day sun was scorching, then the sun at sentosa was simply burning. I got damn badly sunburnt la! Totally charcoalised now. Lol. The beach games were simply amazing la. I like the water wrestling one! Partnered kok kiong for that one, we make good partners man! Abit on the violent side, but our 2nd round group really trashed our opponents sia. At the end of it, all 5 couples on our side still standing! Haha. I felt kind of bad cos the guys really struggled to keep us above water and all that. And before the game even started, me and kok kiong lost balance so we fell into the water. But he really pulled me back up. That must have really hurt. His neck was all red after that. Ouchies! >_<

Had performance night. Our skit was chao zai la. Fu3 tou2 bang1 dance all that...really really fun! We missed by abit to win best perf, but the snrs told us that our og was the only og to get a perfect 10 score from the chairman! Woohoo!

Also had sp interaction night where we were all blindfolded then led to talk to our sp. My sp seemed quite nice la. Abit nervous. Haha. That night, we went pasir ris to stay. Damn shagged in the bus, couldnt help but catch a few winks. Stayed in this place like a flat, got rooms, living room and small area like a kitchen. Dunno what country club. Aranda or sth liddat. Definitely much better than the sentosa one! Haha. Didn't get much sleep again cos the snrs were determined to keep us awake to make full use of the time we spent as an og during camp. Haha.

4th day...we had food hunt at geylang! Before that, we all had weird hairdos involving alot alot of gel, hairspray, leaves, straws, cups, blah blah. We looked damn hilarious! Then dunno how but I ended up looking like chunli. That streetfighter character. Lol. Huiyi looked like some empress (tai hou),and since she was my buddy for the day, I was like her bodyguard. Looking after her precariously balancing headgear. It was super funny. Had my first taste of smelly toufu that day. So gross! I didn't like it man. Anymore and I would have puked. Haha. Throughout the camp, we really ate alot of funny stuff. Most of it concocted by the snrs. Whether as forfeit or part of games. Heh. My tummy should be stronger liao. After eating all those rubbish like soya sauce coke, chilli coke, blah blah. =p

That night was sp night out cum clubbing night...due to the delay, we really rushed like mad preparing to go out sia. Girls were in a mad frenzy trying to shower, change, put makeup etc...haha. Finally managed to get ready, then had to wait for the guys to get their turn trying to get past our snrs so as to bring us out for dinner. The sp interview really quite...amazing. The snrs were so fierce! Shouting at the guys to get out, get lost all that. Making them do stuff like stripping, eating how many hotdogs in how many secs, doing 50 pushups, coming up with romantic lines, pole dancing, guessing which girl is their sp...really entertaining. Some guys quite AP..my poor sp kena chased out when he called ernest as david. Lol. He was one of the last 4, so we only left at 7plus, close to 8. Double dated with huiyun and her sp..the guys paid for cab plus dinner. Hah. Felt kind of bad making them pay, but they insisted la. We paid for cab to newroom bar tho. My sp really very gentleman sia. Pulling out my chair, opening doors, opening the cab door even. Very nice guy. Heh. He put in alot of effort for the gift sia. I'm really amazed. Compared to his, mine is damn pathetic. Oops.

I went mad at N.B. Lol. Damn high la, although I didn't drink much,seriously. Just danced the whole night till closing. I can't dance for nuts, I know. Must have looked damn weird and anyhow, but hu cares. Had fun can le =p Slept around 4plus 5am..we all couldn't wake up the next morning, then there was a mad rush to get ready cos the bus was coming. Seriously crazy rush sia. Just throwing stuff into our bags, anyhow washing up and gobbling breakfast. Haha. Went back ntu where we had finale games. Quite alright la. I still liked the earlier games more. Had closing ceremony and watched the best freshies from each og perform....super funny! After camp ended, we gathered as an og in the canteen to eat pizza and play somemore games. Not really games la, like sharing session abt 1st impressions all that. later shared a cab with zhiyang, kok kiong and man sze to go home. Zhiyang really very nice, insisted to send me back first though we both stay at tpy. He even got down from the cab to help me get my stuff from the boot. Haha. I have very nice buddies sia! Lol. Reached home 11plus...dead tired! Slept 15 over hrs till this afternoon. Now still quite tired! Heh.

Btw I got my hall le...hall 15...I dun like! Everyone else in 1 or 2 all that...mine sucks la. Adam told me maybe can try for 2nd round application, but I'll hafta pull strings for that. And I dunno any snrs la. Sian. How to pull...I dun want such an ulu hall... =(

K la, almost dinner le. Shall hafta see how regarding the hall. Anyway, nbs foc really rocked. I love pyrite! Haha. I'm so so so glad I didn't back out of the camp. Though my ogmates and snrs may not see this, I stillw anna thank them for the great time I had. Made lotsa frens, hope pyrite will cont to stay as one! I wanna go back and be part of nbs foc next yr. And the years after! Haha. Really really enjoyed myself ALOT. No regrets! =)))
