Ahh. Haven't blogged for so long le. Dropped by many pple's blogs to read up on what went on in their lives...and was bombarded with the same thing over and over.

The dreaded A's results.

Ytd, they were going around asking who wants to take half or full day leave on the 4th..supposedly results will be out next Fri. Cos' rumour has it that the O's will be out this Fri. Good luck Amala! And all other sec 4s. And all the best best best to the other JC2s man. Alternatively, I also heard another version, that A's will only be released on the 7th. Either way, I'm not looking forward to it. I just wanna bury myself somewhere, under the covers, in the sand, wherever. Just get me away from that horrible nightmare which has been plaguing my thoughts endlessly. I dun wanna see how I screw up, dun wanna hafta end up crying and sobbing in front of everyone, of having to deal with the nerve-wrecking waiting time....I dun want it. Don't want it!!! =(

Sigh. Dun wanna think about it liao. Just typing that above paragraph gave me the jitters, cold feet, and what have you. It's hot night and I feel cold. So very cold. Because I'm just so freaking scared. =( Aniwaes, that aside, the only thing that's occupying most of my time now is work. It's pretty fun lah, I like it. Love my batch of colleagues. Friends lah, acty. Love the bitching times, the lame jokes which make me roll my eyes endlessly, the laughter-filled lunchtime of us 1.30 kids...hahas. Lay Leng's attempts at selling us her earrings..complaining to Corrine and Qiuhong abt our lack of calls..crapping away...it's all great lah. I love the atmosphere and pple. =] As for actual work...I've been pretty slack. Not cos' I wanted to k. More like, my line is one of those slow-flow lines or sth. Very little calls in a day. Less than 20 everyday lor. While some others like Shireen, Shiyun, Zongren, Rehana blah blah have phones which are constantly ringing the moment they hit 'manual-in'. Oh wells.

It's pretty funny acty. At the beginning, I was so afraid and nervous about picking up calls and answering Tps' (taxpayers') queries. But now, me and Marilvyn keep hoping for more calls. Heh. But of cos', what we want are the simple calls. Like enquiring about returns status or reliefs etc. Those are still okay. No prob if you wanna update your address, change your name or whatever. Just please dun call me asking about share options, tax credit and whatnot. These make me a nervous wreck can. I think those who were still in the office after 5pm today can attest to that. My last call was a nightmare. The agent was pretty nice, but I just felt so stressed not knowing what the hell she was asking about. And I had to keep shouting for Wilson. Oops.

Overall, I like the environment there lah. I'm happy with the way we current TCOs are. I dun really want the new batch to join us. Sorry if I sound mean or anything. But really lah, I've gotten used to seeing the same few pple, all 23 of us, working together in the same holding area. Going for toilet breaks, filling up water while in 'AUX-work' mode, having 'mini-parties' by munching on biscuits provided...crapping to Marilvyn and moaning over our lack of calls, feeling amused yet exasperated whenever Shireen and Zongren's phones keep ringing non-stop...lunching with my usual 1.30 group, crapping with whoever's available and walking around, walking out together after work with Amanda, Min Chen and the rest....I dun want us to be split up when the new pple come in. I hope we'll all still be sitting at our current places. Sigh. And acty, I dun wanna end work. 15th April may still be over a mth away, but I know it'll come soon. Really soon. Then we'll all part. Hai. I'm wondering if I shd start a contact list going around. Then we can all keep in touch. Hahas.

Ohh yes. I think I mentioned Lay Leng. I shall be nice and advertise her online shop for her. Hahas. Pple, whoever you are, as long as you're reading this, please go and have a look at it okays! I'll put up the link in the rightside scroll bar. Under Hyper-Act! Lay Leng and her frens are selling fashion accessories online...and the stuff she has are really good! You wun see them elsewhere. Plus, it's cheaper than if you buy from shops outside. Like in town or sth. Heh. Do patronise their online shop k!!! =D

Keke..I shall go off liao..either to slp or watch tv. Heh. I feel abit no life nowadays. Miss shopping! And meeting up with my dears. Although I just had steamboat cum sleepover at Shan's place with the IJ peeps last week. It was great! Heh. Still left my darlings from 29. When's our steamboat?! Hahas. Aniwaes, tkkaire everyone!
