Went out with Siti today! Man...I've miss her loads! Hahas.

Was supposed to go out with Joannie and Jean, but then Siti msged me this morning and I suddenly recalled that 2 weeks ago, we had already arranged to go out today. So, didn't meet up with Joannie and Jean. Sorry dears! We'll go out another day keke! So long nvr see you all liao! Aniwaes hope both of you had fun. And how did your interview go, Joannie? Hahas.

Met Siti at Novena! Cos' she's working at TTSH Starbucks. Heh. We walked United Square and Novena Square...both rather boring actually. But we still made it fun! By talking crap and laughing the hell outta ourselves. Lol. Being with Siti is nvr boring man. Wahaha. Ohh! We took a few pics! Let's see...all at United Square acty...our first stop after lunch was...


We were transported back to childhood days. The 2 of us playing around with the toys in the store. Lol. What a sight we must have looked. =p

Ohh! There's this learning lab place at United Sq...and they got 4 really cute bunnies there! Quite big liao, but adorable nevertheless. Hahas.

Aniwaes, we went to Novena Sq after that..and sat at BK listening to my mp3! Lol. Ohh! And we recorded ourselves talking! It's damn hilarious lah, but I dunno how to post it here. Hahas. We were trying to decide on a topic to talk about, then out of desperation, I decided that we should talk about my good points. Lol. It goes sth like this:

Siti: Start already ar??
Me: Yes.. *laughs*.
Siti: Ohh! Hahaha. By the way, Geraldine sux.
Me: I do not! Siti sux!
Siti: Geraldine totally sux lor..
Me: I do not! And hello, this is not a conversation topic lor..can you be more original??
Siti: But you ask me to talk about your good points what-
Me: Yar lah! I said good points, not bad points!! *hysterical laughter*

Me: So, Siti, how's your job at Starbucks? (attempting to do it in an interview style)
Siti: Ohh! My job...I had a fun time! One short latte coming up! *laugh*
Me: You sound like everyone else at Starbucks! You all sound the same..
Siti: But we are trained to sound the same what..decaf double shot latte! *laugh laugh laugh*

Siti: There are very few Starbucks pple wearing headdress.
Me: Really? So you are one of the few lah?..
Siti: Yar. Actually ar, I've only seen one other person wearing it.
Me: At your store?
Siti: No.
Me: Wah! Then-
Siti: At..at..airport! Hahaha.
Me: So far!..(us being northerners =p)
Me: Ehh, my hand getting tired leh..(I was holding the mp3 player so that we could speak into the mike)
Siti: Okay, let's listen to it!

So ends our attempt to record a decent and natural sounding conversation. Lol. I know, the contents of our 'conversation' may seem ridiculous and senseless. Hahas. But it was really fun! We fell into fits of laughter when we replayed the recording. =p

Ahh...had a really really fun time today! Must meet up more often with her sia...hahas.

Another slacker day at home! Since I'm so free, I shall update abt ytd. Heh.

Met Bern and Eileen for dinner last night at orchard! We reached before Eileen knded work, so we went to this cute toy store in Taka to play. It was quite a riot trying to figure out how to play the prisoner thingy. Wahaha. Bern, we shd buy that entire game one day and figure out how to play it huh. Although I like pushing the prisoners out! Lol. Aniwaes, we spent ages after that trying to decide where to eat for dinner. All thanks to Eileen. -looks at Eileen- Hahaha. She said no to this n that, and it was only after walking half of orchard that we realised she wanted to eat sushi. So we had sushi for dinner. Lol. And dinner was a very entertaining affair. Especially Eileen's salmon-and-asparagus sushi which kept eluding her initially, only to be recalled by the staff cos they forgot to add a dollop of mayonnaise on top. The girl's reaction to Eileen's obvious dismay was damn funny. Hahas. And the best part was, when she sent the sushi to our table after that, it was still missing mayonnaise. Lol.

Aniwaes, after debating whether or not to eat somemore and finish up the 18 plates quota we gave ourselves, we left it at 15 plates and went in search of dessert elsewhere. Ended up sharing ice kachang (minus the kachang =p) and red ruby at glutton's square, and the other two had to put up with my incessant craving for satay. Lol. Went OG to shop for bern's dress after dinner, and we all tried on some stuff. I really like the tube top I tried! But it's, like, 29 bucks and also a size too large. Though I suspect, even if I wear the smallest size, it'll still threaten to drop cos' I simply haf nth to hold it up. Unlike Joannie. Lol! =p

Walked down to Heeren to browse more boutiques, and finally Bern found a suitable one at...erm I forgot the shop name. Wahaha. But it's a nice dress! Although Eileen said that Bern looked like Little Bo-Peep in the M-sized dress. Luckily she bought the S instead. Wahaha. And I saw a nice skirt in that shop! A white skirt. Really nice! But also too big. Man, what's with ytd huh, everything I tried was either too big or too small. Sigh. When I get my first paycheck, I'm going back to buy that skirt. And maybe the top. Hahas.

I really had fun out with you two ytd! Hahas. Too bad the rest couldn't go too...but it was really a blast lah. Almost forgotten how funny our outings can be. Amusing ourselves to no end and laughing ourselves silly. Hahas. Thanks for the great time girlies! -muacks- Next stop Bugis okays? All of us! =p

This post here is an 'official' post announcing the big sentosa plan! Lol. We go sentosa catch some sun rays (aka get a tan =p), play with the sand and water and just havoc okays! I know you all mostly working, so just suggest a date when you're free, and we arrange sth from there! Or, if you all are free on the 15th, we go sentosa instead? If Melf doesn't mind! =]

I'm dead bored sitting at home with no money to count. =( At least sentosa only need to pay admission fee (issit 2 bucks??) then can play at the beach n blah blah. Hahas. I want the sentosa plan to materialise into sth concrete. Like the class bbq at Melf's house.

Ohh! Should we invite Mr Quack on our sentosa outing too?? What say you, Xtina? -winks-

Today's a rainy day. Makes me feel oh-so-sleepy although I'm already awake for the day. -yawns-

Yesterday was quite a long day for me. Met Jean and Pris at Bugis to go for the NTU talks. And I was late! Didn't expect to be late. It's all the bus and train's fault lah. Bleah. So aniwaes, when we went there, the ballroom was like so freaking small can. At 11am on the dot, there wasn't even much standing space left at the accountancy/business talk. After about 10mins, we left the room and wandered around, taking pamphlets and blah. And waiting for the next talk. In the end, we went for the NIE and HSS talks...the latter was so boring can. I nearly fell aslp inside. The NIE one wasn't too bad though. One reason why I didn't doze of is cos' I was sitting in an extremely uncomfortable position on the floor, given that I was wearing a skirt. And also, the speaker was pretty interesting. Not to mention, fast. Lol.

Ohh! I saw many many many pple ytd! Pple I haven't seen for extremely long. Surprisingly, those I saw were mainly my sec sch frens, and not quite my current JC frens. Though I did see some from TJ though. PS and her mum were there too! Hahas. I really met plenty of pple sia. On the whole, most still look about the same, albeit abit different. Saw Siqi again, hahas, with Anastasia! And I saw Cheryl! I miss her man. She was with Jasmine..who still looks the same! I saw her prom pic before though, she looked really pretty! And let's see...who else did I see? I can't really rmb, heh, but ohh yes, I saw Patricia! It's quite funny, cos' back in IJ we didn't exactly know each other well. Just by face and name and all that...yet she seemed genuinely glad to see me or sth. Hahas. She was, like, asking how am I and where am I studying all that...it was a nice feeling. To just exchange a few words with pple I haven't seen in ages, or those I've never been particularly close to. =]

Aniwaes, after the talks, I went shopping with Pris. Think we were both quite tired, and Bugis was so packed with the saturday crowd lah. Sian. But it felt great to just hang out a few hours with my jiemei and talk talk talk. I miss her so! And she gave me this really cute Baby Disney flask and glasses set...my fav baby Tigger! With Pooh! Hahas. I shall find a place for it in my room once my sis moves to her own. But I have a feeling that wun be happening in the near future. Seeing how our room currently resembles a rubbish dump cum pigsty, according to my Daddy. Lol.

After Pris left, I waited super long for my family to come. By then, I was already so freaking tired and I wanted to just collapse somemore and never get up. But like I said, everywhere was so crowded. Sigh. So I stood at Kino flipping through all kinds of books for over an hour, waiting for that one call to end my misery. In other words, waiting for my parents to call me and say they had reached, and to go for dinner. But at least, it was rather worth the wait. We had teppanyaki for dinner! It was quite hot though. And we had to eat so fast, I oso dunno why. Hahas.

So that's my long day ytd. Heh. Today seems like a quieter day...damn. I think I lack slp. I keep yawning endlessly. -yawns- See what I mean? Lol. Later still gotta go to my mum's cousin's house for some housewarming thingy lunch. The funniest part is, they moved house like really long ago I think. Hahas. Whatever lah.

I wanna go shopping! Like, really shop and not just window-shop. I saw many nice clothes at Bugis ytd! And I think I must be influenced my Pris and Jean. I'm starting to think of buying dresses. Wahaha. But we really saw many nice ones! Sigh. Must wait till I get a job first. I can't believe I'm still jobless. Sth is seriously wrong. And I hate the feeling of being jobless. Though it doesn't mean that I'll love working.

Okays, I'll be back to update soon. Seeing how I'm, like, so freaking free everyday. So, no worries about me not blogging. Unless I get a call telling me I've landed myself a job. Like, right now.
